Our Annotated Regulations Guide You Through the Complexity and Keep You Up to Date with the Latest Amendments of the ITAR and FTR

The Annotated ITAR, popularly known as “Bartlett’s Annotated ITAR” (“BITAR”), is the only annotated and fully up-to-date version of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR Parts 120-130). It contains the full text of the ITAR, with features added by the editor, including over 800 practical footnotes, appendixes containing statutes, court cases, consent agreements, government guidance, user aides, and a large index. Updated within 24 hours of an ITAR amendment, the BITAR is a must-have for both U.S. exporters and non-U.S. (re)exporters of defense articles, technical data, and defense service providers.

The Annotated FTR, or “Bartlett’s Annotated FTR” (“BAFTR”), the only annotated and full-up-to-date version of the Foreign Trade Regulations (15 CFR Part 30), containing all FTR amendments, FTR Letters and Notices, and approximately 250 footnotes containing case annotations, practice tips, and Census/AES guidance, among other things, offers a similar package deal.
